Registration Process: 
Get signed up!

Step (1) Register with USA Rugby:
Getting "CIPPed" (Club & Individual Participation Program) is a prerequistite to participating in practice or matches which registers the player with USA Rugby.
USA Rugby registration for 2014-2015 provides insurance coverage for all participants through 31 August 2014.

Don't forget to print or get a screenshot of your successful Registration page!

Step (2)  For Youth Membership, fill out ARC Youth Waiver and Youth Photo Release form.
You will need a signed copy to bring with you or to scan and email for Step 4.

Step (3) Create Club membership Go to  http://www.sportsmanager.us/alliancerugby.htm and select "REGISTRATION" on the left hand column.
Follow the instructions for the team that you are registering for.

Note: "Membership #", is your CIPP registration # and the "Membership Exp" is the CIPP expiration date which August 31 2014.

ALMOST FINISHED!! 
Now you just need to bring your forms to practice, or email scanned copies to the coach or Registration Coordinator.

Step (4)  Provide CIPP Coordinator or your Coach with copies of:
(a)  Health insurance card;
(b)  Birth certificate or photo page of passport (Youth sides only);
(c)  Photo ID (
high school players only).
(d) Youth Waiver and Youth Photo Release form from Step 2 (Youth sides only); .
(e) USA Rugby CIPP Confirmation from Step 1.  (

You may either email a copy of these documents to
Registration@alliancerugby.org
OR bring these documents to practice.
