Alliance Rugby Club ("ARC") was established in 2003, and is recognized as a non-profit charitable organization under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code since March, 2004. This structure permits donors to  the Foundation to deduct their contributions from their federal income taxes.

One hundred percent of the funds that Alliance Rugby Club raises are allocated to promoting rugby competition and developing or supporting youth players in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
